Skiing, telemark, monoski, skwal: the movement is already there. Until now, the equipment wasn’t.

Traditional pole guards were designed first and foremost to protect the hands from impacts. Their curved shape is not designed to glide over the snow and can cause the wrist to rotate under significant pressure. Reinforced gloves, meanwhile, wear out quickly on hard snow, get wet in softer conditions, and do not provide a true gliding surface.

So we designed something different.

The Thias Gliders were born from a simple idea: to turn the hand into a true extension of the glide.

Designed by Thias Skwal, tested on the mountain and refined over several seasons, the Gliders reinvent the ski pole grip by giving it an entirely new function: to glide over the snow while providing real support through the turn.

Their flat surface, parallel to the pole, delivers a smooth glide and stable support while limiting wrist rotation.

At the front, their ski-tip-inspired shape helps the Glider move smoothly over the snow while reducing snow build-up in front of the hand.

Finally, multiple grip positions allow you to adjust your hand position to different snow types and conditions.
